Balance: maintaining a state of equilibrium
Balance is one of those physical states in which we feel we either have it or we don’t . . . yet, have you noticed that some days your balance is “better” than others? Our balance relies primarily on three parts of our anatomy.
Your ears – specifically your inner ear and its vestibular functions
Your joints – primarily your ANKLES – who knew?
Your eyes – visual input that your brain processes
Improved balance can be yours! Snake-oil be banished – try the Feldenkrais Method ® for better balance.
In this 3 week workshop you will participate in gentle and perhaps challenging lessons to help you on a path
towards improved balance.
Feldenkrais® Balance workshops:
Tuesday evenings – March 5th, 12th, 19th – 7:15- 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays - March 6th, 13th, 20th - 11:15 a.m. – 12:30
Cost : $36.00 Lowry Neighborhood – call for specific location
